About Inner Wolf Canine Nutrition

Steph Orange is a certified Pet Nutritionist (BCCSDip.HthNut) and owner and founder of Inner Wolf Canine Nutrition

Inner Wolf is a family business created in 2010 after years of breeding and training working dogs, including guide dogs, Assistance Dogs and scent detection dogs.

Inner Wolf currently has two retail store locations based in Maroochydore and Baringa on the Sunshine Coast.

Inner Wolf also collaborates with a local holistic veterinarian, a local doggy day care and a fresh food home delivery service who advocate for and stock our range .

The primary mission at inner wolf is to educate pet parents on biologically appropriate balanced real food diets., offering a more evolutionary approach to animal nutrition.

Steph offers 1:1 nutritional consultations,  just as a human nutritionist does for humans, Inner Wolf offers this service for dogs and cats.

Dogs and cats have naturally thrived on whole raw foods for thousands of years.

The industrial pet food industry has promoted a highly processed more “convenient shelf stable” sterile approach for approximately 100 years.

We feel it’s time to re-educate people to return to real whole foods as nature intended for ourselves and our animals.

This more common sense approach allows pets the opportunity to thrive by eating what nature intended them to consume, as carnivores.

We are passionately committed to being the voice for dogs and cats everywhere.

We do this by educating their human parents to be confident in real food they can trust, simply add to their best friends’ bowls and watch them get really excited about it!

They then feel empowered to share their results and new found knowledge and experience with other pet parents.

At Inner Wolf, we are committed and confident in the careful nutritional balancing and ingredient selection in our own commercial brand of balanced raw pet food.

But more than that, we are also passionate animal welfare advocates, committed to supporting our beautiful planet and local farming communities.

Our strong family values, coupled with a deep reverence for mother nature, means we are proud to be supporting and collaborating with ethical free range/organic farmers and local family-owned and operated certified organic produce growers.

We feel it is vitally important that the source animals which are providing the meat for our diet recipes are respected and humanely and naturally raised in stress free environments.

Our mantra at inner wolf is

“Thriving not just surviving”
